Ello potatos, Today we are disclosing a breach involving Vietnam's Ministry of Education. We have obtained 5.5 million student records (this is not the full figure), along with over 200,000 teacher records, including individuals holding degrees such as professor, master's, and doctorate. The actual amount of data exceeds what is stated above. Currently, within the Prime Minister's database, there are learner records, accepted college student data, passwords, API keys, and more. At this time, we have access to all college domains listed in the attached text file. In reality, there are 500 more colleges, but we have chosen not to disclose them in certain cases. As a sample, we are providing 150,000 student records and 30,000 teacher records. If the government does not pay us and does not contact us, we will simply sell the data to our customers, who will handle it appropriately.
