Before embarking on their legal careers, the partners at Miller Caggiano & Kaplan had vast experience with organized labor. This experience included working within labor unions such as the Sheet Metal Workers International Association Local 137 and the Communication Workers of America Local 1104. In fact, Greg Caggiano was a shop steward with Local 1104 for many years and brings this experience in working towards protecting the rights of injured workers and their families. The attorneys at Miller Caggiano & Kaplan, LLP. have dedicated their entire legal careers to advocating for the injured and disabled.
