Регистрационный учет министерства внутренних дел Республики Казахстан (МВД Казахстан 🇰🇿) Ещё одна интересная утечка, намекающая на регистрационный учёт Республики Казахстан. На первый взгляд она похожа на компиляцию данных о жителях за 2024 и 2021 год, но это не так. Значимая часть строк остаётся уникальной, а некоторые адреса отличаются. База содержит информацию о документах и регистрациях примерно 6 миллионов человек, включая сведения о годе и актуальности прописки. Изначально в базе насчитывалось около 12 миллионов строк, но после очистки осталось всего 7 миллионов строк с актуальными данными. Скорее всего, утечка датируется 2009 годом. Также база была очищена от дублей, технических и нерелевантных столбцов. Происхождение её по-прежнему неизвестно. В агрегаторах утечка не обнаружена.
